Shipping is calculated at checkout. Production for printed apparel often takes 2–7 business days before the carrier scan. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

United States: rates and carriers are shown at checkout.
International: you are responsible for customs, duties, and import taxes unless checkout says they are included.

Tracking is sent to the email on your Shopify order when the printer or warehouse hands the package to the carrier.

If tracking shows delivered and you do not have it, wait 24 hours, check with neighbors, then email us with the tracking number. Lost packages in transit are handled with the carrier. We will help you open that claim.
