DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISPRINTED
If an item arrives damaged, is the wrong size or color we confirmed, or the print is botched, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (and the packing label if you have it). We will replace it or refund it, including original shipping when the error is ours.

CHANGE OF MIND
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. After we inspect the return, we refund the item price to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless the law requires it. We cannot accept items that are worn, washed, stained, or missing pieces.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email groundpounddfs@icloud.com with your order number and whether you want a replacement or a refund. Do not send the item back until we confirm the address. Phone +1 (801) 425-1278 if email is not working. We aim to answer within two business days. Approved refunds typically show in 5–10 business days after we receive the item, depending on your bank.

FOUNDING50 is 50% off for the first 100 customers through September 30, 2026. If we refund a discounted order, we refund what you actually paid.

CANCELLATIONS
Print-on-demand orders often start as soon as payment confirms. Email immediately if you need to cancel. If it has not gone to print, we cancel and refund. If it has printed or shipped, use the return path above.

CHARGEBACKS
If something is wrong, contact us first. We would rather replace or refund you than fight a surprise chargeback.
